ASM Wireless offers used and pre-owned mobile phones, electronic devices, accessories, chargers, cases, gadgets, device repair services, and opportunities to sell your device to us.

Product availability, pricing, specifications, and service offerings may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and condition information are accurate. Minor variations in appearance or displayed images may occur.

Used and pre-owned devices may show signs of previous use, including scratches, scuffs, dents, or other cosmetic imperfections, depending on the condition grade and description provided.

Customers should carefully review each product listing, including its condition, specifications, included accessories, and disclosed limitations before purchasing.

• Accessories, chargers, cables, and original packaging are not guaranteed unless specified in the listing.
• Water resistance and other manufacturer-rated protective features are not guaranteed for used devices.
• Battery health, cosmetic condition, and other device characteristics may vary and will be described where applicable.
• Manufacturer warranties may have expired or may not be transferable.

Nothing in this section excludes consumer rights or statutory protections available under applicable law.

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be disclosed during checkout where required.

Payments must be completed using the payment methods offered at checkout. Third-party payment providers may process transactions under their own terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where legally permitted. If payment has been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law.

All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, and acceptance by ASM Wireless. An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee acceptance where an item is unavailable or a material error has occurred.

We may limit quantities, decline suspicious transactions, or cancel orders where necessary and legally permitted. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will communicate the cancellation and arrange any required refund.

Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be presented during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or does not arrive within the expected period, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the applicable return policy and any conditions disclosed on the product listing or order documentation.

Where a return is permitted, the item may need to be returned with its included accessories and in the condition required by the applicable policy, subject to statutory rights. Please contact ASM Wireless before sending an item back to obtain return instructions.

Repair services are subject to device inspection, parts availability, the agreed scope of work, and any estimate or quotation provided. Additional work or charges require customer approval before proceeding, except where otherwise agreed or legally permitted.

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting a device for repair, providing accurate information about its condition and repair history, and establishing ownership or authorization where reasonably required.

Repairs may involve risks such as data loss, pre-existing damage becoming apparent, or loss of existing water resistance. We will communicate material, reasonably foreseeable risks where appropriate.

Repair completion and collection times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Any repair warranty, including its duration, coverage, and exclusions, will be stated in the applicable repair documentation.

Liability for damage, loss, or data-related issues will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any valid, expressly agreed service terms. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Submitting a sell-your-device request through our website does not constitute a final offer, a binding sale, or a guarantee that ASM Wireless will purchase the device.

Any proposed price is subject to inspection and verification of the device's model, condition, functionality, ownership, and other relevant characteristics. A revised offer may be provided if the device differs materially from the information submitted.

A sale is finalized only when the offer and applicable transaction terms have been accepted by both parties.

Customers must have the legal right to sell the device and must disclose known material issues, including activation locks, financing restrictions, ownership disputes, or other limitations affecting lawful transfer.

Before transferring a device, customers should back up their data, sign out of personal accounts, disable applicable device locks, and erase personal information. We are not responsible for personal data left on a device except to the extent required by applicable law.

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, and other materials owned by or licensed to ASM Wireless, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
